目的挖掘分析国医大师刘祖贻治疗脑梗死恢复期的处方用药规律,总结其学术思想。方法收集整理刘祖贻治疗脑梗死恢复期的病案处方,录入中医传承辅助平台软件中构建数据库,再使用该软件相关功能进行数据挖掘,分析处方中的组方用药规律。结果①共得处方147首,涉及药物179味,累计使用频次2 164次。②使用频次在20次及以上的药物,共有22味,其中前10味高频药物为黄芪、丹参、山楂、葛根、枸杞子、地龙、制何首乌、川芎、石菖蒲、淫羊藿。③黄芪用量从15 g至120 g均可见,最常用剂量为30 g,常用剂量范围主要集中于30~60 g。④药物功效分类排名靠前的为补虚药、活血化瘀药、平肝息风药等。⑤高频药组前5位为丹参-黄芪、黄芪-山楂、葛根-黄芪、葛根-丹参、丹参-山楂;关联度较高的药组有地龙-黄芪、葛根-地龙-黄芪、丹参-地龙-黄芪等。⑥通过聚类分析算法提取出核心组合12个,进而演化出潜在新方6首,如"白芍、威灵仙、桂枝、鸡血藤、白芥子""全蝎、菊花、蜈蚣、刺蒺藜"等。结论国医大师刘祖贻治疗脑梗死恢复期的用药以益气温阳、填精益髓、活血通络、息风化痰为主,重用黄芪,方以自拟芪仙通络方加减,体现出"气阳主用""脑髓阳生阴长"等学术思想。 相似文献

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks the sixth place of most common
cancers. Meanwhile, it is the tertiary mortality cause of cancer. There is no
effective therapeutic method to prevent and treat the liver cancer. Sinomenine is a
kind of Chinese traditional medicine herbal, it is reported that it can inhibit the
viability of several cancer cells. The study is to explore whether sinomenine is also
able to inhibit the cell viability of HCC and its potential mechanism. The IC50 of
sinomenine in BEL-7402 cells was 5.351 mmol/L, and the IC50 of sinomenine in
SMMC-7721 cells was 6.204 mmol/L. The gene expression results showed the
relative expression of FGF2, CCND2, DCN, F3, MMP7, NRG1, HMGB1,
TRIM29, HAS2, EHF, CTGF, PLK2 were down-regulated, and the relative
expression of VEGF A, CITED2, NUPR1, DDX58, IRF9, NAMPT, MMP1,
NDRG1, HMGA2, PPARGC1A, IFIT2, PARP9, HEY1, LOX, ETV1, ISG15,
BACH, CYLD were up-regulated. Moreover, the IPA analysis results suggested
that IFIT3, IFIT1, OAS1, MX1, IRF9, IFI6, IFITM1, ISG15 were up-regulated in
BEL-7402 cells treated with sinomenine by activating IFNA2. The findings
presented in this study may provide a promising method for the prevention and

Coxiella burnetii is an obligate intracellular Gram-negative bacterium that causes the zoonotic disease Q fever. Although Q fever is mainly transmitted by aerosol infection, study of the immune responses in the lung following pulmonary C. burnetii infection is lacking. Neutrophils are considered the first immune cell to migrate into the lung and play an important role in host defense against aerosol infection with microbial pathogens. However, the role of neutrophils in the host defense against C. burnetii infection remains unclear. To determine the role of neutrophils in protective immunity against C. burnetii infection, the RB6-8C5 antibody was used to deplete neutrophils in mice before intranasal infection with C. burnetii. The results indicated that neutrophil-depleted mice developed more severe disease than their wild-type counterparts, suggesting that neutrophils play an important role in host defense against C. burnetii pulmonary infection. We also found that neither CXC chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2) nor interleukin-17 (IL-17) receptor (IL-17R) deficiency changed the severity of disease following intranasal C. burnetii challenge, suggesting that keratinocyte-derived chemokine and IL-17 may not play essential roles in the response to C. burnetii infection. However, significantly higher C. burnetii genome copy numbers were detected in the lungs of IL-1R−/− mice at 14 days postinfection. This indicates that IL-1 may be important for the clearance of C. burnetii from the lungs following intranasal infection. Our results also suggest that neutrophils are involved in protecting vaccinated mice from C. burnetii challenge-induced disease.
